Caramel Cinnamon Roll Bites Recipe

Food· Tutorial

Today I want to share how I made these Caramel Cinnamon Roll Bites.

This easy dessert recipe would also be fantastic for a special breakfast.

 Ingredients:

One package of 12 frozen Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1 cup graham cracker crumbs (8 graham crackers, crushed)
1/2 cup crushed pecans (optional)
1 1/2 cups chopped apple (optional)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cube melted butter (1/2 cup)
1 cup caramel ice cream topping

Instructions:

Start with a package of Rhodes Frozen Cinnamon Rolls.

Place the cinnamon rolls in a greased baking dish to thaw.

Once they are thawed, but while they are still cold, cut them in fourths. I used my kitchen scissors.

Mix together your brown sugar, graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, and pecans.

Pour mixture over cinnamon roll pieces and toss until coated.

Pour your melted butter on top and toss once more.

Then bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

Mix together your cream cheese frosting (included with your cinnamon rolls) and your caramel sauce. Pour over the entire pan. Mmmmm. This is the best part of the recipe. Not only does this topping taste amazing, but I don’t mix the frosting and the caramel together all the way, so it’s a little bit marbled, and the drizzle on top makes it look like it came straight from your favorite bakery.

These Caramel Cinnamon Roll Bites are an AMAZING tasting breakfast dish or dessert. They are sweet and soft, with a little crunchy crumble. Try topping it with whip cream or ice cream for an extra special treat.
