Guess who? Yup, it’s me, Natalie…
So, no post yesterday because it was Sunday and that’s my excuse for taking the day off.
My kids’ eggs told them to watch the movie “Easter Dream“. It has such a good message about what Easter is really about.
Today, the eggs told us to make an Easter treat. I was searching for an Easter treat to make when my AMAZING neighbor, Betsy just happened to drop by these Peanut Butter Nests. Bet you wish she was your neighbor, right?
Of course, before my kids could touch them, I got some pictures of the cute little things and called Betsy for the recipe.
Here’s how you make them:
Melt 2 cups Butter Scotch chips. Stir in 1 cup Peanut Butter and 2 cups chow mien noodles.
Squish the mixture into buttered muffin tins. Let cool.
You can put Robbin eggs, jelly beans, or even little peep chicks in your nests.
Now, go and make your own. Make sure to take some to your neighbor, she’ll be happy you did!
